At Electronics Kits Zone we pride ourselves on our customer service. We feel that
we are in a position to give you a service and support that shall be unbeatable as
well as a personal touch.
For items that we have in stock our aim is to have them shipped within 24 hours
after you have made the order. If they are not in stock, we are doing our best to
make sure that we can deliver as soon as possible. We are normally fully stocked
on all our products but fluctuating demand can effect this.
All products are by default shipped with 1st class registered air mail to your
destination (the whole world). This method of shipment is not tracked and not
insured but provides a 1st class service at a resonable cost. It normally takes 10-14
business days to any location in the world.
If you require a traceable and insured shipment you will have to order this separatly.
